Partner interview

Fujitsu wants to be your partner in digitalizing data in a human centric way and we have been active members of MyData community for several years already. Thus we can’t wait to have virtual meetings and inspiring discussions with you during MyData Global Online Event in December 2020!

– Ilona Ylinampa, Head of Information Management

What will your MyData Online 2020 presentation be about?

Finnish human-centric data cases that align with MyData movement – Why technology is a method and not an intrinsic value? I will also give some examples of Fujitsu customer cases from this field e.g. of Fujitsu’s co-operation with Finnish Innovation Fund Sitra at IHAN project and CleverHealth Network AI application for treatment of gestational diabetes.

Why did you decide to partner with this unique conference? What’s the added value?

When new business models and opportunities emerge, you can wait for them to mature hoping that you can enter the arena later. Or you can be an early adapter, innovate new solutions with customers and partners, be part of the networks and mold your own path even if it means occasional side steps. Fujitsu Finland has chosen its path and joined forces with Fujitsu Limited and global MyData movement.

What are you looking forward to most about the conference?

New innovative solutions and ideas that complete the picture for our customer offering portfolio and vice versa.

What else will Fujitsu discuss and present during your session?

We have very exciting session coming up with presentations from my global Fujitsu colleagues from Australia, Western Europe and Korea. We will for example give presentations on following topics:
– How Fujitsu Technology and Service Vision is actually aligned with MyData vision by Pascal Huijbers, Fujitsu Western Europe CTO.
– Korea’s vision
  A) Latest finance industry regulation in Korea by Alex David, Senior Manager, Raonsecure Co. Ltd., Korea
  B) Korea gaining momentum and what we are doing by Junseok Kang, Senior Manager, Fujitsu Korea Ltd., Korea
Australia (Speaker from Innopay: https://www.innopay.com/en/news/australian-government-publishes-innopays-vision-future-directions-consumer-data-right)
Closing by Jyrki Suokas, Senior Lead, Sitra, Finland
