From 1977 to 2007 Ralf Hamm founded and managed as CEO and interim Manager German and Swiss software houses.
In 2012 he founded the NGO Labdoo.org in Germany. Labdoo is a collaborative humanitarian social network which is designed to help bring laptops and educational devices to schools in need without incurring any economic or environmental costs.
The grass-root initiative Labdoo supports 600,000 pupils in 138 countries to gap the digital divide. For this purpose, dis-usded laptops and tablets are refurbished and equipped with educational software and OER. Travelers take IT donations CO2-neutral to almost 2,000 schools and projects.
The portal www.Labdoo.org coordinates transparently and visualizes online all global processes, IT donations, helpers, flight sponsors, etc. mapped and coordinated.
