Founder of AfroLeadership, a panafrican NGO advocating for AI Ethics, Data Ethics, Tech Ethics, Human Rights, Digital Rights, Data Rights, Open Governance, Participatory Democracy, Fiscal Transparency & Public Accountability, Charlie is a founding member and board member at MyData Global, and is very much active in coordinating the setting up of MyData country hubs in Africa.
With AfroLeadership, he is leading the Africa for AI & Data Ethics (AfAIDE) Project that aims at building capacity and awareness on AI and its impact on marginalized people.
Charlie, as a public finance expert, is the project manager for fiscal governance projects in various countries in Africa, with the Association Internationale des Maires Francophones (AIMF), a network of more than 400 cities and local governments in the world.
